The Antica Hostaria
The Antica Hostaria “dei Ghiottoni” was born in Rome from a true marriage of ideas, lands and flavours.
Giuliana, from Rome and her husband Francesco originally from Puglia, but now an adopted citizen of Rome, have long cultivated a dream: that to unite the splendid land of Puglia with the magnificent Eternal City of Rome.
In September 2006, the ancient flavours of these two places became the special ingredients used to create the Antica Hostaria “dei Ghiottoni”.
Here you will find a rich menu, born out of a fusion between the traditional flavours of Roman cuisine and typical Puglian cuisine.
